The New England Community Center is a non-profit organization promoting socio-educational development, preserving cultural heritage, and fostering holistic human well-being. The center has its roots in the aspirations of local Brazilian activists who had envisioned a community center for years. The journey began with Grupo Solidariedade, originally a mental health support group. However, as time passed, they realized a need to expand their services beyond mental health support. The community center is committed to catering to the community's diverse needs. The goal is to enhance the quality of life and encourage community involvement through various programs, such as recreational activities, cultural immersion, educational initiatives, access to health and wellness resources, and advocating for social justice reforms in our society.

O Centro Comunitário de New England é uma organização sem fins lucrativos dedicada ao desenvolvimento socioeducacional, preservação cultural e promoção da qualidade de vida. Nasceu do ímpeto de ativistas brasileiros locais, que inicialmente fundaram o Grupo Solidariedade para apoiar a saúde mental, mas logo perceberam a necessidade de ampliar os serviços oferecidos à comunidade. A missão do centro é aprimorar a qualidade de vida da comunidade, incentivando a participação ativa por meio de programas que abrangem atividades recreativas, intercâmbio cultural, educação, saúde e bem-estar, além de advogar pela justiça social. O centro funciona de segunda a sexta, das 16h às 21h, e às terças das 9h às 14h.
